Sign In / Sign Out:
As a result of an upcoming insurance change, we
have been required to make a few changes as to how we approach our Awana club.
The biggest impact is that PARENTS MUST sign their children
in and out. The sign in process will remain mostly the same, with the
exception that you MUST advise the person on the door if anyone other than the
"Authorized Individuals" will be picking up your child(ren).
If you (or your spouse) will be returning to pick
up your child(ren), you do not need to do anything other than bring them into
the building and check them in. In accordance with the new guidelines
from our insurance provider, the parents/legal guardians must come in and sign
out any child(ren) in Grade 2 or under. We cannot release them unless you, or
your designate, comes into the building and picks them up and signs them
out.
THIS WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR ALL CHILDREN IN CUBBIES AND SPARKS.
The registration form has been adjusted to allow
you to designate alternate ADULT individuals to pickup your
children on an ongoing basis. If an occasion arises where someone other than
the "normal individuals" (parents and designates) must pickup your
children, the person dropping them off, must inform the person on the door, so
this change can be recorded.
At end of club, one of the parents, or
designated individuals must come in and pickup and sign out CUBBIES and SPARKS
clubbers. The CUBBIES will be UPSTAIRS in the last room at the end of the
HALLWAY, the SPARKS will be in the SANCTUARY.
